It’s not only about the work and effort that you put into your training, but also the daily choices you make–it’s your lifestyle, family, friendships, the people you choose to follow or look up to, it’s being a role model, and to just be a good human being.

I’ve always said, if you don’t understand something, how can you truly believe or stand behind a product or service. My coaching style is to teach or coach you to better health in all aspects, which includes your mind, body and spirit. It gives me chills when I see clients connect the dots in their training program or understand why this food has a different affect on their body than that food. My clients and I can then make decisions together that will further their fitness transformation.
